NTOMBI MLAMBO Director
"Litigate and do business to win"
Ntombi Mlambo started out her legal career at Eversheds in 2010 in the commercial litigation and labour departments where she was involved in a number of high profile matters on behalf of large corporate clients. A move to Cape Town led to Ntombi joining Gunston Strandvik Attorneys in March 2011, where she works in the litigation and company & contract departments.
Ntombi has gained significant experience in both commercial and litigation, focusing on a range of matters in the High Court and Magistrate’s Court. This, combined with her can-do attitude and awareness around finding solutions that really serve clients’ needs, contributes to making her someone you would rather have on your team than against you. Apart from her litigation skills, being an accredited mediator enables Ntombi to draw on a range of dispute resolution techniques in order to represent her clients in realising their interests.
She has represented clients in disciplinary inquiries and has acted for trade unions, employers and employees in the CCMA, Labour Courts and Labour Appeal Courts.
After 5 years with with Gunston Strandvik, Ntombi was appointed as a Director at Gunston Strandvik in March 2016, where she hopes to continue her contributions to the future growth of the company and its offerings.
